Unable to use Stim A or Stim B

Hi
my medic tree is xxx4 and i am told when i try to use a stim A or B that you do not have sufficient abilities to heal damage. Hope you can help :)

that's not a bug. you simply dont have any damage healing abilities. the 4th branch of the tree is crafting, and the novice box only lets you use wound medpacks.

I have Doctor  tree 1x11 now and still can't use small stimpack a or b to heal action bar of my dancer. is this right ?

You still need medic 11xx at minimum because that's where the skills are granted

That worked Sapere, am I still bugged as i can not heal through dragging a stim to the button bar and clicking it ?

You cannot heal by clicking the stim.  You have to heal using the commands:

/healdamage;
/healactiondamage;
/healmind;

These skills heal the HAM pools individually and each consumes a charge from your stimpack, whereas

/bactajab;

Bacta Jab heals all the pools together and only consumes one stim charge.

Experiment with what works best for you.
