Some Features are marked as disabled, They had minor adjustments or bugs before the update release and will be fixed ASAP.

World
GCW is fully implemented
   Planetary Control feature will affect which factional NPC spawn in certain cities.

NPC Changes
   NPC’s now are labeled by a difficulty rating.
   Basic – Pretty simple, just starting off.
   Silver Elite – Harder than Basic but can still be killed with Basic Professions
Gold Elite – Can be soloed but only if well geared and taped, otherwise will require a group to kill.
   Bosses – Requires groups of players to kill.

Jedi Unlock
New Jedi unlock system will require one to unlock Force Sensitive tree (see below) then unlock Jedi through the Force Sensitive tree.

Force Sensitive
New Profession!
Force Sensitive is a stepping stone into becoming a Jedi.  Can also be used alongside with other professions to make some interesting builds, Nightsister style builds for example.
Force Sensitive will bring a handful of new abilities that you can carry with you if you proceed to Jedi.
   Current Force Sensitive tree has been renamed.

Jedi
Current Jedi life system is being replaced
   Old: When a Jedi ran out of lives their skills were reset and they were forced to regrind.
New: Jedi’s still have lives but when they run out they are turned into a ghost for a period of time.
Disabled: This new ghost feature gives them access to some special features but they will be unable to gain experience until their reset timer is over.  Jedi regenerate their lives over time to a maximum of 10.

Reason:  After years of watching the old system, in essence when you died on your Jedi, You needed to regrind. This can take a few days or a few weeks depending on how much time you play, The theory is a "Cooldown" on your Jedi so its not constantly capable for Battle (Thus making it the only character some people play) However iv seen countless players get frustrated over the idea of having to "Regrind". With the new system, we hope to remove some of the frustration or feeling of "starting over" and simply put Jedi on cooldown when they clone, Now you with the glowy system, You only lose FRS Boxes and are placed in Glowy for a set number of days based on your FRS Rank when you died. You can still access the Jedi but you cannot engage in any combat, And you will not be attackable either.

Quests
   Many new quests added for the Death Watch and Black Sun.
   Questlines added to familiar Star Wars NPC’s including IG-88, Boba Fett and Bossk.
   Rotating Quest System – Quests are generated randomly and change from day to day
   Avenging Mort Quest Chain Added (Neutral Ark only!)
   Mort Can be found at Talus Deric Cantina
   
Server
   Server will no longer restart daily.
Server restart will be either a weekly or bi-weekly restart but this is dependent on the performance of the server.

DWB / BSB
   Difficulty has been scaled down slightly.  And may get more fine tuning over time.
   Cost for vendor items has been decreased.

Items
Marauder Armor
   Disabled All 3 sets of Marauder Armor have been added to loot tables.
Factional Armor
   Factional armor schematics no longer require as many identical armor segments.
Skill Enhancing Attachments
Disabled SEA’s should be easier to obtain as more NPC’s can now drop useful tapes that couldn’t previously.

Crafting
   Schematics
New Weapon Schematics added to Death Watch and Black Sun Vendors
      Sandcrawler schematic has been added.
      Disabled Tusken Helm schematic has been added.

Textures
   Disabled There have been many textures added to enhance the effects of the game.

Announcements / Shoutbox is disabled

We have decided to disable the Shoutbox, as we have no plugin to relay Shoutbox messages to Discord (where 90% of the playerbase resides) It was felt messages would get often overlooked. How ever if a forum post is made, that gets broadcast over the Discord and the response rate is much higher. We hope this improves the level of communication with new players by utilizing our Discord plugin.

Sorry for the delay in these patch notes, iv had a lot going on.

Clans
New Daily Quest for Mandalorian Hardening Agent has been added.
Mandalorian Hardening Agent is required for crafting misc Weapons bought from the Clans Rep Vendors.
Fixed a bug with Black Sun Alum Minerals daily quest.

Medic
HealDamage and similar abilities now award medical EXP if you heal your self, We feel this is a quality of life enhancement.

Housing
Fixed the missing terminal on the Large Window Style 1 house.

GCW
The GCW is back online, You may now drop bases and control planets.
More to come on this soon.

Crafting
Mild Quality Armor Segments returned to Voritor loot tables.

In Testing / Potential Restuss Reward Discussion: Resource Deed

Id like to spark a discussion about a possible Reward from Restuss.

You earn Restuss Commendations similar to NGE version, viva repeatable quest.

Resource Deeds would be around 100 ~ 200 Commendations.
Resource Deeds would reward a Random Number of Resources, between 100 ~ 1000.

We don't want people hording deeds and running Factories with this stuff, The Resources should be reserved for special crafts.

None of this is set and stone, just a concept.

Opinions welcome.

Planets
Naboo has been gone over, Now featuring 5 new hidden POIs/Badges, revamped Planetary spawns and tweeked original POIs.

The Narglatch and Mauler POIs have updated loot in the lootboxes, Bone armor and Chitin armor is one of the available loots that would be useful for new players. Both places are doable by your basic Marksman and Brawler professions.

Loot
Hardbox from Tusken has been fixed
Heavy Lightning Cannon tapes (unused) have been removed from the loot tables

Cybernetics
Cybernetic legs now craft with +35 Terrain Negotiation built into them

Melee Professions
Berserk1 has been moved to Brawler Master, Berserk2 moved into Swordsman

Berserk has been modified, now abilities can be used in Combat with Berserk up and the damage system runs off a new skill tape.
All old Berserk tapes will be obsolete and new tapes will be introduced to push it past its base 25% damage increase ( at Master Swordsman )
Berserk offers increased accuracy, damage at the cost of lowering your Melee and Range Defense for the duration of the buff.
You will need to retrain Swordsman to get the effect a CSR can assist if you contact them.

Pikeman's PolearmArea2 has been updated, 3.75 damage 0.25 speed changed from 3.0 damage and 0.5 speed. It has a higher sac then Polearmhit3 making it expensive to use but powerful in the right situation.

Combat Medic
Deuterium Toss now has a higher base DOT, a new Skill modifier will be available soon to increase the damage to a maximum of 300 with a base at 100. The Skill Modifier will likely effect other abilities in the Combat Medics arsenal.

Clans
Introduction Quest to Death Watch and Black Sun difficulty has been lowered slightly.
New Crusader MK II and MK III armors now on the vendors
Crusader Armors have had insignias removed to fit our server.
Customization is currently unavailable on these armors but will be fixed ASAP!
New Rifle, Knuckler and Sword on Clans Vendor! Remaining weapons to be added are: Heavy, Carbine, 1H Sword and Polearm.


Experience
a New Experience System has been placed on the server to promote Group Based leveling.

Taken from some of my Personal favorite times in SWG was Spin Groups, I wanted to Promote that feeling of making a full party and hunting lairs for both EXP and Cash.

EXP is still x8 for our non combat professions, Combat professions is now subjective. Your base rate solo is considerably lower, Partying with another player increases EXP gained, Larger the party the more EXP gained. You must all be in range of each other (64m) and with a full credited party (10 players) You have higher EXP rates then previously set on the server.

To compliment this, the HP on Bols and Pikets has been increased on Dantooine, more NPCs will follow soon.

TEF
Bounty hunters should now be attackable by a Jedi target of the same faction

Bugs
Fixed a bug with ArmorBreak preventing NPCs from attacking.

Entertainers
Added new features to entertainer buffs.
Increased Entertainer buffs to 150% cap, Up from 125%.

Entertainers now give + 50 accuracy, + 25 Terrain negotiation and + 15 Assembly bonus
They are private stats so they won't show up in your skills window, just ensure you are buffed with music and mind for
the enhancements to take effect during the duration of your Musician and Dancing buffs.

Jedi
Force Lightning has been changed to the new model.
PvE Damage runs under a new formula

Combat
New Flytext for Cooldown abilities.
New Debuff Icon for ArmorBreak.

Loot
Some skill tapes that went MIA have returned to the loot table.

Clans
World spawns of Death Watch and Black Sun have been increased around Endor and Lok.
Fixed a bug preventing world spawns from giving faction on kill.
Revamped Intro Quest to Black Sun and Death Watch, They can now be done as a group and should no longer bug out at random.
Death Watch Bunker and Black Sun Bunker Difficulty slightly lower.
Fixed a bug with Acklay Bone drop from Geocaves Acklay.
Merr-Sonn Jetpack added to Vendors.
Fixed a bug that limited the Black Sun Daily quest to 20 faction instead of 100.

Cybernetics
Style 5 Cybernetics have modified crafting requirements, We need feedback on this change before its applied to the other Cybernetics.

Weapons
CCV Legion changed to Cold Damage.
FlameThrower and Acid Beam changed to same speed/accuracy tapes as all other Heavy Weapons.
E5, Sythe Blade, Cryo Lance and Nightsister Energy lance draft schematics updated.

Events
One Year anniversary quest disabled.

Jedi Revamp Discussion / Force Disciplines

Greetings, This is an early draft of the Discipline preview.

Disciplines are unlocked after completing the Jedi Knight trials.

They feature unique skill trees you only have limited number of points to spend on.

The example below is a Twin 4 point tree, You will have 4 points to spend total. You may train this how ever you like, Example train Offensive I - IV or train Offensive II and Defensive II.

You can reset this tree and select a different specialization if you like.

Each tree has unique enhancing skill mods and some new abilities. The goal is to give the player a role to play and focus on, Some may Focus on Force Powers and others the Defense tree.

As some of you have heard, the Force Cost of nearly everything is going up. As soon as you select a Discipline the Force Cost of the related abilities will go down. If you select Lightsaber Discipline, your saber attacks will cost considerably less. This will be most desirable if you plan to wield the new 5th generation Lightsabers that will be very costly, yet very powerful.

The Powers Discipline is planned to have Force Cloak at the top of one tree.

As I develop the Disciplines, this thread will be updated with more information.

Jedi Revamp Discussion / Unlock Changes

Unlocking will now be a two phase system.

Phase 1: Unlocking Force Sensitive.

Unlocking Force Sensitive should be a cool Mysterious journey.


Phase 2: Unlocking Jedi From Force Sensitive.

Unlocking Jedi from the New Force Sensitive will be more complex.

Jedi Revamp Discussion / Life System Changes

The Life Restoration system will feature some basic changes.

All Life Restoration features will be a gamble, it make work or it may not.

The Life Restoration mechanics will be changing, One week it may be Holocrons, another week a hidden quest, The reason for this is to prevent people from simply farming Holocrons non stop and essentially becoming immortal.

Essentially if you are not willing to risk a life your Jedi should be in hiding until you restore a life. Not all task will require Combat to allow the stealth aspect.
